FF for Friggin Fantastic. The legendary Maranello based auto maker has done it again. Ferrari has given birth to yet another masterpiece from their stables.
On Friday June 10th, the all new Ferrari FF was unveiled at the Ferrari Maserati Quebec Dealership. The event served as both the annual pre Grand Prix cocktail event, and a chance to officially reveal the new vehicle.
Ferrari Quebec President Umberto Bonfa welcomed Ferrari North America President & CEO Marco Mattiacci, as well as Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal Stefano Domenicali. Also present was Ferrari test driver Jules Bianchi.
The FF, which actually stands for Ferrari Four (hmm, Ferrari Ferrari Four) is the first Ferrari with four-wheel drive. The FF offers a completely new take on the sporting Grand Tourer theme; it delivers extreme sports car performance with the versatility and usability of a genuine GT.
This is also the first Ferrari to have a shooting-brake car body style; featuring one door on each side, and a squared-off rear. A Ferrari hatchback basically!
Many might argue that Enzo Ferrari is turning in his grave, but the FF can jump from 0-100km in 3.77 seconds. Bet your uncle`s hatchback can’t do that!
