The new Toyota Corolla will be equipped with a 1.8-liter engine, which is expected to deliver 132 horsepower by using four cylinders. The engine is connected to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission. These transmissions save gas or fuel very efficiently. Coming to fuel economy, the vehicle may provide 29 mpg on highways and 22 mpg in city with the help of this engine. Since this engine will develsop decent mileage, Toyota may continue with the same engine for its future vehicles.Coming to standard interior and safety features, the new Toyota Corolla 2011 will be equipped with decent and advanced interior & safety features.
